1. Subscription Refund Policy

Our hotel management software subscription policy allows for refunds within 15 days of purchase, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The software has not been fully implemented in your hotel operations
  • No data migration has been performed
  • No customizations have been requested or implemented
  • The refund request is made within 15 days of the initial subscription purchase
2. Non-Refundable Items
  • Software implementation services
  • Data migration services
  • Custom development work
  • Training sessions conducted
  • Subscription renewals
  • Add-on modules purchased separately
3. Refund Process

To request a refund:

  1. Send an email to support@ultrakeyit.com with your subscription details
  2. Include your hotel name, subscription ID, and reason for refund
  3. Our team will review your request within 2 business days
  4. If approved, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days
4. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time:

  • Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled before the next billing cycle
  • Annual subscriptions can be cancelled, but refunds are only applicable within the first 15 days
  • Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to support@ultrakeyit.com
5. Implementation Services

Implementation services are non-refundable once the work has begun. This includes:

  • Initial setup and configuration
  • Data migration from existing systems
  • Staff training sessions
  • Custom feature development
6. Support and Maintenance

Support and maintenance fees are non-refundable for the period they cover. This includes:

  • Technical support services
  • Software updates and upgrades
  • System maintenance
  • Backup services
