Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. Subscription Refund Policy
Our hotel management software subscription policy allows for refunds within 15 days of purchase, provided the following conditions are met:
- The software has not been fully implemented in your hotel operations
- No data migration has been performed
- No customizations have been requested or implemented
- The refund request is made within 15 days of the initial subscription purchase
2. Non-Refundable Items
- Software implementation services
- Data migration services
- Custom development work
- Training sessions conducted
- Subscription renewals
- Add-on modules purchased separately
3. Refund Process
To request a refund:
- Send an email to support@ultrakeyit.com with your subscription details
- Include your hotel name, subscription ID, and reason for refund
- Our team will review your request within 2 business days
- If approved, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days
4. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time:
- Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled before the next billing cycle
- Annual subscriptions can be cancelled, but refunds are only applicable within the first 15 days
- Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to support@ultrakeyit.com
5. Implementation Services
Implementation services are non-refundable once the work has begun. This includes:
- Initial setup and configuration
- Data migration from existing systems
- Staff training sessions
- Custom feature development
6. Support and Maintenance
Support and maintenance fees are non-refundable for the period they cover. This includes:
- Technical support services
- Software updates and upgrades
- System maintenance
- Backup services
